i also got a detox tea just because that sort of thing makes me feel good. anyhow, tea&coconut milk (45) for breakfast, tomato (22) iceberg lettuce (10) cilantro (5) for lunch, &a cup of broth from a bouillon cube (5) for dinner. i think today will be okay. i also bought a bunch of those metro mint waters from kroger when i went grocery shopping. anything that tastes that clean for (0) is fantastic.
i also planned on buying a superlight shade of lipstck. because i great big lips. but instead i bought a shade called "siren". good lord. it's terribly bright pink. but i'm finding that if i halfass it on the rest of my makeup but apply my new lipstick, i look all dolled up. score. lazy lazy me.
back to what miss judith said. i don't know. i mean i know, because i weigh myself, but i just don't look different. i'm still not technically underweight for my height. i know that a bmi calculator is not that accurate, but still. i'm calling myself healthy. but i did wear that dress&i did get compliments on it&i do plan to wear it a thousand more times. on the other hand i know i have quite a bit to lose still, but i do appreciate the concern.
or:
thin vs. not thin. stay strong today, lovelies.

p.s. 1) my mother fell in love with a cat at the local shelter so we're picking her up today. i'll post photos tomorrow. 2) my favorite song right now is "breathe" by superchick. go listen to it.
I just want to let you know that I read your thoughts and that I am glad you took it as it was meant: concern. And a different perspective.

ReplyDeleteYogi tea is yummy! I haven't tried the fasting one, but I looove the kava one. I read your last posts, and wow, you look perfect! The dress looks super cute, so of course you got compliments on it! Can't wait to see the new cat.
