10:24am

dear people of the universe, try to stick to a plan for two weeks-a month before giving up on it because it "didn't work". try not to get frustrated when you don't see results right away. remember that exercise is important. if your body is pissed at you for starving it, add 100cals to your daily intake&add a half hour of exercise. the basis of my insanity is simply not eating. but whether i eat or not, i will go nuts (not really, they're too high-calorie) if i can't exercise. what a fun little rant. sorry.
was supposed to go to the doctor to get an x-ray today. but my mother doesn't want to take me. so i'll just cross my fingers&hope it heals perfectly all on it's own. it probably will. i just really like to run&it would make me feel better for a doctor to say "you're a big baby, it's just sprained. RICE for another week&it'll be fine." hmph.
my friend just left. we saw transformers yesterday. then we played scrabble with her boyfriend. she beat me by 30 points, i beat him by 50. whatevs. my mother made breakfast for us. egg burrito&turkey bacon. i had half a piece of bacon&about one egg, plus  a cup of coffee. so i said goodbye to her, locked the door, put my hair in a ponytail&shoved my finger down my throat. because that's what good little girls do so they don't get fatter.

or:
thin vs. average/chubby. i'm plan on being thin. stay strong today, lovelies.

xoxo

p.s. why do fat people talk about why they shouldn't eat something....then eat it? "i really shouldn't have this popcorn. it's so bad. so fattening." then they get extra butter&stuff their face. gross.

  1. I have a disgusting love for turkey bacon. I'd rather eat that than regular bacon (not a fan of pig). Luckily it's usually too expensive for me to afford, so I never have it.

  2. Hope you're ok! Just take it easy for the next few days and it should be fine.

And yes, so annoying when people do that! It feels so much better to just turn down the damn popcorn to begin with. Self-control = less guilt + less fat haha

  5. I know what you mean. The girl I'm staying with right now is like that. "oh, I'm so fat. I am trying so hard to lose weight. i shouldn't have this poutine" then proceeds to eat said poutine, and pizza, and creamy pasta dishes..... I try to tell her, you have to pair healthy eating with working out (which she doesn't really do anyway) and she says "I do eat healthy". Some people just don't get it.
