my niece is coming over for a piano lesson today. then hopefully we can go to the park&fly a kite because she's never done it before. oh, you probably want to know how the liquid fast went. i kind of screwed up. my niece handed me a fig newton (80?) in starbucks. so i ate it. silly me. then when i got home i had soup. well, it was carrots, celery, &cabbage boiled in water. about (160) plus crackers (60) so my total was somewhere around 300. besides all that i just had water, coffee, &green tea. i haven't weighed in. i don't want to. i might make my weigh ins every week instead of every day. but that might drive me crazy. i don't know.
thanks for all the comments, ladies. really. you're the best. yes, i have the best followers ever. speaking of following, go follow gianna xx. also, i just watched my mother weigh in at 235.6lbs. sheishuge. living with someone who is overweight has made me terrified of being overweight.
or:
i actually like the bigger girl's dress more. just not on her. stay strong today, lovelies.

p.s. anyone else have chest pains? my chest hurts like a motherfucker sometimes when i breathe in, more so at the end of the day when i'm trying to go to sleep.
yeh, i get chest pains all the time. theyre really annoying. also, i agree on the dress thing, not everyone can pull rainbow coloured off and i dont think it suits the blonde girl that much :)
ReplyDelete300 cals :) ur doing well! stay strong
xxxx
chest pains, check. More like shallow breathing pain, you know? Like I was out of breath but not really. Usually I have chest pain though. Yesterday wasn't a fuck up, and you are great. I know what you mean about the scale though. Keep being awesome lovely, sending skinnies.
ReplyDeleteThe dress onthe left is hot....but jesus doesnt that girl know fat girls cant wear sequence, spandex, animal print...etc etc.....that dress has ALL 3!! lol. You still did great even though u didnt stick to the liquid fast. :)
ReplyDeleteNegative on chest pains....fat girls I guess dont get them?? lol...

Even though the liquid fast didn't work out as well as planned, your intake was still super!!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about your mom - my mom is morbidly obsese, like 300-some pounds. It's terrifying to think that's in our genetics, but that's why we have to work extra hard, right?
Yeah, I get the chest pains too sometimes, I feel like they get worse when I'm fasting though? Dunno.
Keep up the good work girl! <3
My birth mom is supposedly really skinny, but my adoptive parents weigh in at about 230 for my mom and about 250 for my dad (not as bad because he is tall but still). Eeeeek!!!!!!! They are always trying and failing on losing weight because they are addicted to the food. Ick. I have a perfect example on what NOT to do whenever I come home. lol! Good job even though the liquid fast didnt go according to plan!
ReplyDeleteEven though it wasn't a full on liquid fast your intake was still great. Yeah definately get those chest pains. Usually not terrible though.
ReplyDeleteStay strong darling.

I weigh in (officially) weekly...and write that on the paper on the back of my door, but i'm always finding myself weighing multiple times throughout the week or even day. I get what you mean...I go crazy if I don't know my weight. My mom is 180 so shes a few lbs heavier...not much. So i'm always inspired to be less than her. My sis always calls me fat when shes mad at me. she's prob around 165, but shorter than me. So I push myself to be thinner than her so I can be like "Who's the fat one now bitch." Mean I know. Great intake, keep working on the liquid fast. I might try one :)
ReplyDeleteEven though you broke your fast your intake was still great!
ReplyDeleteStay strong,
Lottie x
I destroyed my liquid fast yesterday. You did much better than me! Maybe weigh-in 3x per week?
ReplyDeleteThe skinny can pull of the rainbow, can you imagine the bigger girl in that...hurts the brain a little =P Yeah, my mother is huge too and it terrifies me that I could end up like that.

Short on time today so I can't check out everyone's blogs but I'm glad I clicked yours! Thanks for the link.
ReplyDeleteI sort of get the living with someone overweight thing.. My mom isn't overweight per-se but she's been on a diet for as long as I can remember and has probably only gained weight over time. I guess that happens as you get old but it kind of terrifies me, that so many people diet and don't succeed. Let's be the exception.

Hmmm I just want to know how that last girl got into Chi Omega... they usually only let skinnnny girls in :P
ReplyDeleteMaybe she was visiting... lol :)
i get chest pains too. love the third picture. also, my brother is terrifyingly obese. it scares me too. :P stay lovely. <3
ReplyDeleteah yes, well my mum is slightly overweight (not obese range) but the scary thing is that i look EXACTLY like her and have her exact height and build - so it's like looking into a fat future. terrifying.
ReplyDeleteit's also scary because I know she's really healthy (most of the the time) and works out - it's just a million times harder to lose weight once you're older. she was always a bit bigger than me, but she was a curvy size 10 (USA 6) when I was born :(
that girl in the first pic...nnnnnghhhhg oh to look like that. also I want the skirt.
you may have broken the fast, but soup is nutritious and figs are a mild laxative so there's the upside!! xxx
Both of my parents have been overweight/obese for my entire life and it makes me absolutely terrified! I don't just want to be average/fat (like I am now), I want a nice margin of error so even if I gain a few pounds I will never be anywhere close to looking like them.
ReplyDeleteI am taking a page out of your book today and fasting like a champ. You've inspired me Zette!
