yesterday was interesting. i hadn't eaten yet when i went to my sister's house to help her get things ready for passover (they are jewish, but only by choice). my job was to cook. i made 50 coconut macaroons&i made 50 no-bake chocolate cookies. i tasted both. put my calories around 100. only problem is that when i got home i was too tired to go running. i went for a bike ride&did half my workout before i fell asleep. fail.
