catching up on all that was posted while i was asleep, it seems everyone has some specific plan that will make them the smallest they can be. i got two emails yesterday about what mine is. umm...well there are my two rules. 1)never finish a full serving of anything, 2)never eat alone. the only problem with the second one is that i'm sometimes tempted to binge when my mother gets home in the evening. but i've been good lately. other than that i do 10 crunches before i can eat. if i'm going out with friends, i do 50 crunches at home before leaving. if i go over 600 calories, i do not eat more than 100 the next day. there are lots of small rules like that. it's complicated, i suppose.
my friend LL posted on her facebook that she's lost 20lbs. when asked her secret, she said "watching calories." well, duh. why do so many people not do this? do they think all food is the same&that it will just magically add up to their limit for the day? do they just not have limits? is that why people climb up the scale to obesity? hm.

  1. lol Okay with being asked how weight is lost, I use weight watchers. Just because I know the points system and mom has years of experience with it (of course that's why I'm messed up like this). But really, I've noticed that people always are vague about their weight loss. Um, duh, because it's unhealthy. Anyway, sending you skinnies darling xo

  2. Do people really think that not watching calories is a good thing?? Whether you want to gain or lose weight, it is still necessary! We have the science! Why dont we use it to our advantage! DUH! Also, I think we all have little complicated rules that we follow. It is part of life! Thank you for sharing yours! It is helpful!

    i know what you mean.. as if lettuce was the same as crisps, and u wont gain weight from anything -.- jeez XD

  6. Those seem like pretty good rules. The crunches especially.

    And yeah do people think that a 300 calorie burger and 300 calories of fruit is all that different because one is "healthier"? Sure one may have more sodium and fat but the calories are all the same. Eat too much of anything and you get fat. Simple as that.

  7. My sister is on weight watchers and lost 10lbs so she rewarded herself by going to KFC and getting a large bucket ...to herself. And she was genuinely surprised when she put weight back on. Sometimes I worry about how stupid other people are...and I'm not the brightest bulb in the box either lol. Anyway love the thinspo =)

  9. my new plan is to stop making shit so complicated, just don't eat if you have no reason to. If you have to, try to make it whole food, not processed. But water fast are becoming a staple for me now...

    Get to that goal weight, I wanna see your pics! I'll post some of me when I get to 120. Let's make it a deal!

  10. My only rule is exercise. Every day. All the other little rules have slowly disintegrated...

    I wish I could garden! But like you did, I shriek and run away if I dig up a worm. Sometimes I even vomit while running away. My neighbours no doubt find my gardening skills amusing, because I try to garden every spring until the worms scare me away. The lady next door is always watching. :/

  14. Can't wait for an updated picture. I'd like to post one of myself but I'm not that brave. and afraid for my blog to be found.

    I only read the first comment on this because I'm short on time but I also consider the weight watchers point system when counting. I don't use it religiously but the point values are always in the back of my mind, engraved there from years of watching my mother count hers up.
