10:47am

down 2pounds this morning. listening to rainymood.com along with my current favorite playlist. relaxed morning. going to put coffee on to brew. hang on. okay, back. waiting for it to become coffee. i like coffee a lot. my mother thinks it's weird that i drink it plain, without cream or sugar. anyway, my rule is helping me a lot. (never eat alone) so far it's pretty much i have water&coffee all day, then i eat dinner when my mother gets home. then i work out until i've burned it off, &i wake up a little lighter than the day before. it's lovely. mmm, control. time to go find some pretty photos for us.

or:
the girl on the right is just so small. i want to be that small in the summertime. stay strong today, lovelies.

p.s. i like to set tiny goals. like, 'i won't eat for another hour.' & 'i can do another set of 100. crunches are nothing.' set a tiny goal today. it feels so good to accomplish it.

  3. I completely agree with you about little goals - breaking life into smaller pieces makes it seem much less overwhelming as a whole.

I think I am going to adopt your philosophy for today. I am not going to eat and I will drink my entire water bottle before I come home from work at 6:30pm. After that, we'll see.

As always, Miss Zette, thank you or the encouraging remarks on my blog. I'm just hoping I can channel your discipline, you skinny minny.

  16. God, I love your posts. I think I will set a goal for the day. When I go to the gym, I am not getting off that machine until it says I burned 400 cal. And then I'll do my ab workout and some machines after that :) I don't know what I would do without your posts and comments! thank you for being so motivating! I think I'll keep that "or" picture in my mind when I get hungry later.
